How to Submit Results
Results should be submitted in NIfTI and NIfTI-MRS data formats
We have provided example code for reading/writing NIfTI-MRS data file in the Box Folder containing the Example Dataset (see Example Data Page)
- Please provide a summary of the processing/analysis that you performed in a single-page PDF file in the format of traditional ISMRM abstracts. This will be used to generically describe your work when we present our Results at the October MRS Workshop.
 - Maps of parametric results should be saved to 32 bit float NIfTI data format at the same spatial resolution as the FID-MRSI data.
 - Metabolite area maps for all metabolites are required, even if just filled with 0.0 values (e.g. if you did not fit that metabolite)
 - Results files should be named using the following pattern

- <unique id>_<parameter map name>.nii
 - ex. TestSubxx_area_naa.nii or TestSubxx_area_mins.nii and so on.
 - The list of parameter map names includes:

- area_asp, area_gaba, area_gln, area_glu
 - area_lac, area_lac41, area_mins
 - area_naa, area_naag, area_pe, area_pe40
 - area_sino, area_tau, area_tcho, area_tcr, area_tcr39

 - Example fitted spectra for metabolite, baseline, or macromolecule signals should be saved to NIfTI-MRS data formats.
 - (Optional) Other parametric maps (B0 correction, line widths, etc.) can also be saved to NIfTI data format if you want to provide additional information about the parameters fitted by your model.
 - Load results files into your Team’s Box folder.
 - Results files can be changed (uploaded/deleted) as often as needed up to the Results Deadline.
